Privatization is a broad concept in economics. It comprises various operations, such as the introduction of private capital, selling government-owned assets, and transition to economy. Consequently, three major attributes privatization are follows: (1) ownership measures, (2) organizational (3) operational measures. Ownership measures refer transformation public enterprises owners. Organizational relate limitation state control companies. These involve employment methods for leasing restructuring enterprises. Operational concern way improve profitability efficiency
